A rich amber hybrid lager created using lager yeast brewed at ale temperatures, with a copper colour and caramel-biscuit flavours that come from the use of cara in the mash. Great for converting real ale drinkers to keg beer, and lager drinkers to malty ale flavours. We’ve gone the extra mile to give Steam Lager that special little something to set it apart from the rest.
