Lusty Newton Stout

A surprisingly smashable and pleasantly carbonated Irish-style stout that gives Guinness more than a run for its money. Stunning coffee and dark chocolate notes on the palate with a light tobacco nose, and dark roasted malt colour. A beer with a fantastic body, yet light enough to session or enjoy in Summer. We brew this beer using Pilgrim and Phoenix hops (among others) to produce that balanced bitterness that is expected from a good honest stout.
